No. Certain materials are exempt from ISPM-15 heat treatment and marking requirements. These include wood with a thickness of 6 mm or less, fully processed plywood and particleboard products, wine and spirit barrels heated during manufacturing, gift boxes, sawdust, wood wool, and wooden components permanently attached to vehicles.
